We have come a long way since the launch of our first Fund in August 2006, but for us it has always been about staying true to a simple vision: helping companies to grow in all business dimensions, including ensuring that our investees are leaders in the field of social and environmental responsibility.

We are driven by the challenge of channelling capital to the businesses that need it the most, in particular those small and medium sized companies within emerging economies that struggle access it. We believe that these will be the leaders of tomorrow.

We are an independent, alternative asset manager, authorized by FINMA and headquartered in Switzerland. Since 2006 we strive to generate sustainable growth by providing secure and efficient capital solutions for companies mostly in the Agri/Food sector, via collective and segregated investment vehicles that all apply our proprietary impact framework.

The fund vehicles that we manage target developing economies worldwide to channel capital to local, non-speculative commodity value chain participants. We act as a catalyst for local growth, through which both the investor and the investee can benefit from tangible value creation and sustained performance.

For us, providing capital to commodity value chains is not about leveraging traders or speculators that bet on price volatility. We exclusively focus on supporting tangible actors of the real economy, which contribute to the growth of resilient value chains which positively impact their community.
