It generates a united pool of competencies that comprehensively covers the Commodities stakeholders’ activities: such as production, processing, distribution, cash and futures trading, logistic, inspection, financing and legal structuring.

Nabil Marc Abdul-Massih, Portfolio Manager
Born in Ivory Coast and raised in Switzerland, Nabil started his career trading soft commodities for Namaco which he co-founded in 1996 and rapidly became one of the biggest independent players in the West African Coffee and Cocoa origination markets. In 2000 Nabil moved to Lewton Associates were he focused on the brokerage business in soft commodities with a focus on Africa and South America. At Lewton he interacted with other big names in the industry among which Cargill, ADM and Mitsubishi. In 2003 Nabil moved to Audit Control & Expertise (ACE) in Geneva where he focused in originating, structuring trades as well as advising international banks on their risk management processes. At ACE Nabil was supervising credit facilities for a total of USD 800m across 50 credit lines covering 5 geographies and more than 10 commodities. Nabil has a BA in Economics and in Business Administration.
Nicolas Malky, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Risk Officer
Nicolas started his career with Cotecna in Geneva in 1995. There he focused on exports to African and South American countries while coordinating operations for European, North & South American and Asian units. He was later appointed Quality Manager and member of the steering Committee in charge of the ISO certification project. In 2001, he joined BNP Paribas Geneva initially in ECEP (Energy Commodities Export Projects) monitoring the trade finance portfolio, then, on the Structuring Desk focusing on credit lines in oil and petrochemicals for the European and North American geographies. In 2005 he moved to a Geneva based trading company specialized in steel & cement exports to Africa and two years later he accepted to overlook credit lines for steel and petroleum by-products exported to Europe, Africa and Middle-East for BCP, a Geneva based merchant bank. Nicolas has a BA in Finance and Business Administration.
Ivan Agabekov, Financial & Legal Control Officer
Ivan built his experience in law and audit firms. After finishing his studies, he started his career in 2002 in a law firm in the field of corporate and sport law. To widen up his knowledge of the corporate world; he worked as an auditor in a major Geneva firm for two years. He had the opportunity to practice his advisory knowledge of law and corporate skills when he accepted a two-year mandate as the head of the financial department to restructure and modernize the structure of a family owned company. He holds a master of Law from the University of Geneva and several certificates in finance. Due to his Ukrainian and Croatian origins and multicultural upbringing he speaks fluently French, English, Croatian and German.
Cecilia Aguirre, Administration Officer
Born in Uruguay, Cecilia has twenty years of experience in executive secretarial and administrative support to management levels and speaks fluently English, German and Spanish. She has wide experience of internet e-commerce, excellent computer skills and administrative software operations. She also worked 5 years in USA, mainly for an Industrial Printing related import-export company.
